Hard My Passport Essential portable drives are available in capacities SE 750 GB and 1 TB, with a choice of black, silver, blue, and red. My Book Essential is available in capacity of 1 TB, 2 TB, 3 TB (1 TB equivalent to 1000 GB) with black colors.
The three families that drive comes in various sizes and capacity of USB 3.0 connectivity offers very fast and remain compatible with USB 2.0. When connected to a USB SuperSpeed USB 3.0 port, consumers can move data at speeds up to 5 Gb / sec. With this speed, duration 2 hours of HD video can be transferred within three minutes. Video duration of two hours each will take 13 minutes if it is transferred using a USB 2.0 port.
